About This Event

IIUC Computer Club presents the Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition as part of IIUC CSE Fest 2026, organized by the Department of CSE, IIUC. This competition challenges CSE students to present their research, innovative ideas, or technical concepts in just 3 minutes using presentation slides. It’s your opportunity to showcase creativity, confidence, communication skills, and research potential in front of an audience.

Eligibility

Open to all CSE Students of IIUC. Participation is strictly individual (Team participation is not allowed).

Important Rules

• 1Presentation language must be English only.
• 2Participation is strictly individual. Team participation is not allowed.
• 3A single static PowerPoint slide is permitted (no slide transitions, animations, or movement).
• 4No additional media (sound, video) or props (costumes, musical instruments) are allowed.
• 5Presentations are limited to 3 minutes maximum; exceeding this results in disqualification.
• 6Presentations are to be spoken word (no poems, songs, or raps).
• 7Must use your Student ID as the payment reference while sending the registration fee.
